I can't verify my student plan

Hello,

I have tried multiple times to verify my student plan, as I cannot edit class boards. I need access in order to complete certain assignments, and I should be qualified. I am currently logged in with my student email. Additionally, I contacted SheerID and they said I was verified. 

What can I do to resolve this issue?
