I can't verify my student account

I tried verifying my account and it wouldn’t work. it gave me the message

“Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer”. I read the other “solutions” to this issue, they didn’t seem to help. This assignment is due today so I need to verify my account.
