Hello everyone

I have a problem: my colleague was working on my Figma document and did something that unlinked one of the components, I have to fix the info in it by myself. I don’t know how components work, I only learned how to create them, how to linkback one of the unlinked components—I don’t know. Internet can’t help me. Maybe someonne here can?

Hi. Did you detach instance? You can link it back to the main component using Master plugin.

No I did not. I gave another file with copies which included several components to the colleague. She was dumb enough to corrupt everything, so I can’t now use the components in my first file. I have now to write every text separately. I can’t detouch it, because it is not detouched

What should I do now? I have to use this creative every day. Should I redesign it? And make another component?

I don’t quite understand the problem. Why can’t you use components in your file? Can you share screenshots or a video with an explanation?
