I can't get into my student account

1. To start: Since you’re a higher-education student and you’ve already submitted the required documents, the verification itself is handled end-to-end by SheerID. If your status still hasn’t updated, reaching out to them directly is the best way to understand where things might be getting held up: Contact SheerID support team.
2. If SheerID has already approved your verification: There’s sometimes an additional action needed on the Figma side to apply the Education plan correctly. In that case, please follow the guidance here to ensure it’s fully applied to your account or team: Figma for Education → Create, upgrade, or join a team → To upgrade an existing team.
