I can't find a file

I checked on our end, and I'm afraid no file exists matching the URL you shared here. This would indicate that the file was deleted permanently.

An editor of a file can initially delete the file and leave it in a restorable state. They then have the option to delete it forever. Deleting a file forever is a permanent action that unfortunately cannot be undone.

Thanks for asking. I'm not able to share who specifically performed the deletion, and it falls outside what we're able to disclose directly.

What I can confirm is that the file was deleted as part of the Starter team ("Collins's Starter team") being deleted. A confirmation email is also sent whenever a team is deleted. Team owners/admins have 28 days from deletion to restore a deleted team (after that, the team's files and folders are permanently deleted and this can't be undone). Since more than 28 days have passed since this team was deleted, that's why the file is now permanently gone. More detail here: Restore a deleted team. Hope this clarifies things!
