I am unable to save my files on figma.

Thanks for flagging. To confirm, are you trying to objects that has export configuration? You can export the following from Figma Design:

• Layers, frames, components, groups, or sections. Learn more about selecting objects in Figma.
• A portion of the canvas using the Slice tool.
• The entire canvas of a page.
• The entire file as a .fig file. Learn more about saving a copy of a file to your computer.

I couldn’t reproduce this issue, so could you try the troubleshooting below?

• Close any Figma tabs you're not using
• Browser: Force-quit and open Figma in a new browser window.
• Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it. If the issue persists, try clearing the cache.

i cleared the cache, same problem. i cant save any frame as png or jpeg or anything from the desktop app.  This is what i keep getting. Thanks for your response
