Unable to change Community Profile name to “Wai Technologies” and have to upload profile picture, not able to do it.

Please assist on the same.

Currently, profile names can’t be changed directly by users, but I’d be happy to update it for you. Just to confirm, would you like us to change the name to “Wai Technologies”?

As for the profile picture, you can upload it by going to Settings. Please make sure the image is at least 90x90 pixels and no larger than 5 MB. Could you give it another try and let me know if you’re still having issues?

Yes, change name to “Wai Technologies” and cannot upload profile picture as well, could you please update that as well. I have attached logo below as well

I was able to successfully update the name on your Forum profile. However, I didn’t realise that I’m unable to change the profile picture on your behalf — I’ve gone ahead and removed the current avatar, so you should now be able to upload a new one yourself.

If you're still running into issues updating the picture, could you please share a quick screen recording of what you’re seeing on your end? That will really help me understand what might be getting in the way and get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Hi ​@Kaushik Gokhale, I'm really sorry for the delayed response and for the confusion caused here.

I misunderstood your original request and, by mistake, updated the name on your personal forum account instead of your Community profile. I’ve now corrected this and reverted your Forum account name back to its original name, apologies again for the mix-up! 

To clarify, changes to a Community profile, like the name and profile picture can only be made through support, which is why I’ve gone ahead and submitted a support ticket on your behalf. Your ticket number is 1449697, and the support team should be able to help you make the correct updates.

Regarding your profile picture: your Forum avatar is linked to your Figma account, so whatever profile picture you’ve set there will automatically show up on the Forum. Even if you remove or replace it, logging back in can re-sync it from Figma. I recommend updating your profile avatar directly in your Figma account if you want it reflected in the Forum.
