I simply intended to log out, but I accidentally deleted my account, so I am very embarrassed. Figma has been an essential part of my professional workflow, and I have several important projects and case studies stored in my account that are crucial for my ongoing work.
I have also submitted an inquiry to the customer service center, and the ticket number is #1822134. I ask for your understanding that I am posting this inquiry here as well, as I am currently very anxious and nervous and would like to receive a response as soon as possible.
If you can, get my account back, please. If there was a problem or infraction, I would be very grateful if you could let me know what went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't occur again. I have always intended to use Figma sensibly and in accordance with all of your rules. I genuinely respect Figma as a design platform and use it every day to advance my career.
