How to remove Accidental Annual Seat Addition

I added annual seats by mistake today, can i know if have any way i can remove the annual seat without extra billing, no people assigned for it. I try to send email to support, but still cannot get any feedback.
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
