How to change my teacher education account to student?

I am trying to change my account to a student account after switching from teacher to a student in an App Development bootcamp. I am having trouble finding a way to switch. When I try to verify, it tells me I am already verified when I click “Get verified”.

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you reach out to education@figma.com? The team should be able to support - https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041061214-Verify-education-status. You may be asked to provide additional information about your course, including:

    • An updated URL of the institution you’re enrolled with
    • A copy of your school-issued identification card
    • A transcript, receipt, or other proof of enrollment
