Hi @Thageer, Celyn from Figma Community Support here.
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you’re looking to purchase additional AI credits — happy to help!
Admins have two ways to purchase additional credits if your team exceeds what’s included in your plan:
Ongoing subscription — purchase a monthly package of credits that are pooled at the plan level. When users reach their seat credit limits, usage draws from this shared subscription credit pool (if available and enabled for them). These credits reset monthly and don’t roll over. The price per credit may decrease depending on the volume of credits purchased.
Pay-as-you-go billing — only pay for credits as you use them, up to a monthly spending limit you set. Charges are added to your next invoice. This will be available on the Professional plan in May 2026.
To add subscription credits:
Go to the Admin tab in the file browser
In the AI credits section, click View usage, then select + Add credits
In the modal, choose a monthly tier and confirm the purchase
For Professional plans, a few quick notes on the subscription:
It’s a month-to-month subscription, even if your plan is annual
Charges are added to your next monthly invoice
Mid-cycle purchases are prorated for the remainder of the current month
It auto-renews monthly unless changed or cancelled
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades or cancellations take effect on your next billing date
I have already exhausted the 20k credit package ( this is the last available option) in the professional plan.to buy more its asking to reach out to sales
Yes that’s right. At the moment, pay-as-you-go billing is only available on Organization and Enterprise plans, but it’s expected to roll out to the Professional plan in May 2026.
In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so the team can take a closer look and assist you directly from there — your case number is #1824876.
Someone from the team will be reaching out soon, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
