How can I cancel additional seats in Figma Profesional Plan?

I only need 1 full site , and  I set all member  free on my team .but the bill shows that I need to pay for 2 full-seat. How can I delet the additional full-seat from the bill ?  Could you connect me with the support team to cancel the seats ?

Hi ​@yiningwangdemxs,

 

It sounds like a paid seat may have been added by accident, and you’d like to remove it from your bill.

 

Please note that payments for Figma subscriptions are non-refundable, and we aren’t able to issue prorated refunds for unused seats. However, the paid seat can still be used by anyone on your team for the remainder of the billing period. If you no longer need the seat, you can adjust your seat count at your next plan renewal.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re not able to handle specific billing issues here on the forum. That said, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1623722) on your behalf.

If you or our community member ever need to reach our Support team directly, you can do so by:

Selecting “Contact us” via the (?) icon in the app, or

Going to “Hi there. How can we help?” → typing your question → clicking [Start Chat].

The chatbot will then help you open an email case with our Support team.
