High School Student in Pakistan Without School Email – Can I Get Figma Education Verification?

Hello Figma Team and Community,

I am a Grade 9 student at Cadet College Kohat, Pakistan.

I would like to apply for the Figma Education plan, but my school does not provide individual student email accounts. Because of this, I cannot verify my student status using a school-issued email.

I have proof of enrollment, including:

  • Student ID Card
  • Fee Receipt

Is there any way to receive manual verification or an alternative verification method for high school students who do not have school-issued email addresses?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey ​@Jawad Ahmad, thanks for reaching out!

Figma's Education plan requires a school-issued email address to verify eligibility, and that applies at every grade level, including high school — unfortunately there isn't a manual alternative using things like a student ID or fee receipt in place of that.

Since your school doesn't issue individual student email accounts, there isn't a way to complete Education verification right now. In the meantime, you can still use Figma for free on our Starter plan, which includes core design features with some file limits. If your school sets up email accounts for students down the line, you're welcome to apply then at figma.com/education/apply.
