Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I had a design file named “[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]” that was part of a team project on my account. This file contains approximately 2–3 months of my design work and is very important to me.

Unfortunately, when I try to open the file using the link, I receive the message: “Hmm, we couldn't find that one.” I have carefully checked everywhere in my account, including Drafts, Recents, Shared with me, and Trash, but I am unable to locate the file.

Account email: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
File name: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
File link: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

I would sincerely appreciate it if you could check on your system or server backups to see whether this file can be recovered or restored.

Thank you very much for your time and support. I truly appreciate any help you can provide.

Kind regards,
Anik

Hey @Anik, welcome to Figma Forum. I'm glad you reached out, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your file. I can tell you put real effort into troubleshooting before posting here, and that's really helpful.

I checked in on this for you — I'm not able to access account-specific details from the forum, but I can confirm that our Product Support team is actively looking into your request. Your case number is: 1786590, and they'll follow up at the email you reached out from as soon as there's an update.

In the meantime, this resource has some general context on file recovery that may be useful: Delete and restore files → Troubleshooting.

I also removed some personal information from your original post to help protect your privacy and account security — appreciate your understanding on that.
