I am writing to request assistance regarding my account and a recent subscription payment.
Due to a mistake, I accidentally removed my own administrative privileges from my team/workspace. As a result, I can no longer access the Professional features, and my account appears as "locked" or restricted, even though I have just paid the subscription fee for this month.
Since I am unable to use the service I paid for, I would like to request:

If restoration is not possible, I request a full refund for the most recent charge and the cancellation of my subscription so I am not charged further for a service I cannot access.
