He's trying to charge me for my subscription, even though I cancelled it.

I subscribed to Collab Seat on September 24, 2025, for $5.
I canceled the subscription on October 22, 2025, but Figma is trying to charge me $15 on October 24, 2025. Because there aren't enough funds on my card, Figma is trying to charge me again today, October 27, 2025.
How can this happen if I canceled the subscription before it was renewed?

We weren't able to process the payment for your recurring Professional team subscription to Figma.

Please update your payment method in Admin Settings, or check with your bank to see if there's an issue on their end. Visit the Help Center to learn about billing and payments.

I understand that you had a monthly subscription on the Professional plan and canceled your plan during your last billing term. However, it sounds like you’re still receiving a bill for the current billing period.

 

Did you receive this bill at the email address associated with your Figma account?

If so, please note that while your Figma plan has been canceled, your team still exists in our system. This allows you to reactivate your plan at any time without losing access to your files.

You can disregard this billing notification since you’re not being charged for any seats. However, if you don’t intend to reactivate your plan in the future, you can go one step further and delete your account entirely.

Figma is trying to charge my subscription fee to my bank account; I've already tried twice. It's a good thing there aren't any funds in my bank account.
I cancelled it before the next month's renewal.
