Having trouble with education plan verification

Do you not have any form of valid identification that has your last name in order to complete the SheerID verification process?

Or do you not have a legal last name that you can provide when trying to apply?

Got it! So in your instance, you’re going to need to reach out to SheerID for further assistance.

You can do that with the form here. Please fill that out, and they will get in touch to give you further instructions. They are currently experiencing a higher volume of requests, so there may be a longer wait.

Just a note: Figma has now extended a grace period for users in the process of reverifying their education status, so you will not lose access to your account or files on September 29. To ensure ongoing access of your Education plan, we'll be here to help make sure you can complete your reverification as quickly as possible.

I'm having trouble verifying my government ID. I've tried multiple IDs and troubleshooting steps, but I keep getting an "unable to verify" error. Can you help me resolve this issue? I've checked my ID details and uploaded different document formats, but nothing seems to work.
