Hey Rohan, thanks for reaching out and sharing the screenshots! I understand how concerning this is, especially if you’ve already paid for a Professional plan and your team files are now locked. This usually happens when you have an outstanding invoice but I’d like our team to investigate further as I am not sure why the Education plan notification appears here.
Since this involves plan status, billing, and team access details, it’s not something we can fully investigate from the Forum.
