Graduated and no longer have access to my school email

I’m looking to transfer all my files to my personal email as I no longer have access to my student email. Hoping someone can send me the link where I can submit a ticket for it.

I understand you’ve lost access to the student email linked to your Figma account and would like to transfer those files to your personal email account.

While our Support team isn’t able to transfer account contents, they can help you regain access by updating the email address on the account.

 

If emails from your student email account are being forwarded to your current email, the easiest way to get back in is to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, you can update your email in your account settings.

Also, please note that your education status is tied to the email address you verify with. If your student email account is verified for Education and you update the email address on your Figma account, your Education status will be revoked. Please check the details here: Figma for Education

 

If you’re not forwarding emails from your school account and can confirm the details above, please reply to the DM I’m about to send so we can gather what we need to create a support ticket and help you out.
