Hi,

 

I used to work for a company called Orgmatch. I purchased a paid plan there under [redacted PII - DJV] in Jan 2025. I left the company in June 2025 and could no longer access that Figma email/account. The company since has been acquired.

 

I recently got billed for another year of Figma. How can I cancel that subscription and get a refund?
