I upgraded my Figma account to the Education plan a while ago. I think I selected the wrong education level during signup (high school instead of higher education).
I am currently in higher education and I want to use Figma Make, but I do not receive any credits.
Could you check my account and help me switch to the correct education plan so I can access the credits?
I’ve reached out to the team internally to confirm the exact process for switching from high school to higher education (and whether you’ll need to reapply).
