Fonts changing after publishing a site in Figma Sites
Hi @Figmates, my issue is very urgent but I haven't received a human reply for 24 hours. Could you please help escalate my Ticket #2124794 ? Thank you!
About my issue:
- Context: I reported an issue with font weights not rendering correctly on my Figma Sites website after publishing it on September 11. Although I have been using Helvetica Neue throughout the project for over a month without any font-related issues, all font weights, including Medium, Bold, and Condensed Black, are now being rendered as Regular Helvetica Neue on the published site.
- Solutions: I have already uploaded the required WOFF font files since the beginning of the project and have tried various troubleshooting methods including:
- Re-uploading the font and republishing the site. I changed the current font files from. WOFF to .WOFF2, yet it did not work.
- Checking the Figma Agents. Mine works totally normal after being forced quitted and reinstalled two times
- Checking the Figma version. Mine is 126.8.18
- Downloading Figma Beta. Mine is 126.9.7
- Checking the font book on Mac. I did not see any errors or warnings.
- Troubleshooting - resetting and restarting Figma does not work for my case.
