Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. Today, I received an official email from the address Verify@SheerID.com, with the subject line "Your institution has been approved".

However, when I proceeded to complete the verification process as instructed, I encountered an issue: I was unable to select my school from the available options. This problem has directly prevented me from finalizing the verification, and I am now seeking your assistance to resolve it.

For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of the error page (or: the original approval email) to this message, which clearly shows the issue I described.

Could you please look into this matter at your earliest convenience? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed and look forward to your prompt response.

Since SheerID fully handles the verification process, the best next step is to contact them directly so they can double-check and update things on their side. You can reach out to them here: Contact SheerID
(Figma isn’t able to manually add institutions on our end.)
