After transferring files from another account and confirming ownership, the files have been deleted. on 4th Oct. Please can the files be recovered from the account and restored to the new account.

This is very important to my work. This is the file I need to recover or alternatively recover the account that was deleted. Please any assistance and help in file or account recovery would be greatly appriciated. Thank you

First, check if the file might be in your account’s trash folder. If so, you can restore it by following these steps: Delete and restore files → Restore files from the trash.

If that doesn’t do the trick, please forward the file link to our Product Support team so they can take a closer look and advise on next steps.
