https://developers.figma.com/docs/rest-api/file-endpoints/ says it will return 403 when The developer / OAuth token is invalid or expired. But, it now return 404 when user have no access to the files.
Returning 404 means developer can not distinguish from the url is incorrect (may be the node is deleted by designers) between the user have no access to the file.
I hope you can fix this soon.
