Hi Figma Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I’m facing an urgent issue and would really appreciate your help. When my personal email ID was removed from the work Figma system, it seems that some important personal files were also deleted as a result. One critical file I'm trying to recover is titled "Portfolio New".

Could you please check if there’s any way to restore this file or if it’s available in a backup? I would be very grateful for your support in resolving this as soon as possible.

 

Hey Preya, sorry to hear you are having issue to get access to your file!
Can you confirm if your file was previously in your drafts folder under the Organization? (If so, then the file should be still remained within the Organization, as every resource created within an Organization belongs to the Organization, not to individual users. So, it may be possible to recover it.)

Make sure to use your Figma email account, and share in the form the link of the file (please check your browser history or ask a collaborator to see if they still have the file URL somewhere), it would be super helpful to locate your file! Thank you
