Hello,

I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because one of our important Figma files has suddenly become inaccessible. We're now seeing the message:

"This file may have been deleted, moved or made unavailable."

This file is essential to our team, and we’re unsure why access was lost. Could you please help us investigate this and let us know if there's a way to recover or restore the file?

    Thanks for getting in touch. I've checked our backend system, and it indicates that the file has been permanently deleted. Generally speaking, permanent deletion is a one-time action, but it's worth contacting our support team. They might have some options available: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360005944714

    Hi ​@y_toku please I have this same issues of my file being unavailable. I have checked deleted folder but it’s not there because I didn’t delete it . The error message is

    "This file may have been deleted, moved or made unavailable."
