Thanks for getting in touch. I've checked our backend system, and it indicates that the file has been permanently deleted. Generally speaking, permanent deletion is a one-time action, but it's worth contacting our support team. Hi @y_toku please I have this same issues of my file being unavailable. I have checked deleted folder but it’s not there because I didn’t delete it . The error message is
"This file may have been deleted, moved or made unavailable."
