I just left a team on figma as i am no longer working for that company and after creating a file, I did not realize that the file was actually in the team. after I left the team, the file is now gone.
is there anyway to recover the file back to my account?

We cannot make administrative changes to files associated with a specific team due to our user privacy policy. Your best option would be getting in touch with the team owner. Only the team owner can grant you access to the team and/or move files to a new location.
