Figma support not responding after 3 days

I opened a support ticket numbered #2010974 on Figma 3 days ago, but I haven’t received a response from anyone yet. Is there any way to get a reply from the support team?

Hey ​@Marco_9456 - thanks for checking in here with us, and I’m sorry that this has taken a while.

I did look up your ticket (#2010974), and was able to see it open -- I went ahead and escalated the priority to high.

I can’t guarantee the exact response time, but an agent can get to it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
