Figma Support dosnt Answer

We recently purchased a paid (Premium) Figma plan. Shortly after the purchase, our account was accidentally deleted. As a result, we currently cannot access or use the paid plan we have already paid for.

We opened a support ticket about this issue, but it has not been processed yet and we have not received a response. 

We bought Figam because we need it 🤔

Hey ​@newcreation, I was able to locate your support ticket (#1752364), and I apologise that you haven’t received a response yet. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Our support team has been working through a backlog recently, which has unfortunately led to longer response times than usual, but I completely understand that doesn’t make this situation any less urgent for you.
