figma student verification won't work

i have tried many times connecting to sheer id they haven't updated yet always says We're unable to verify you using the information submitted. Please check your information for accuracy, and only use your own mobile device or computer. Still having trouble? Contact SheerlD's support team to confirm your identity. iam a student i don't know how to prove it please help

Did you use the link in the email from SheerID to contact their support team? If so and you haven’t heard back, can you contact us at education@figma.com? Be sure to include a copy of the email request you sent to SheerID for context, as well. We can’t really assist with verification here, but you can reach us at that address.
