I am a TA for the UX course that Chaz mentioned above. I am still having issues getting verified, I’ve tried:

-Verifying my Figma education with two different approved documents using my school-issued email

-Reaching out to SheerID for assistance
-Contacting education@figma.com directly
-Posting on the Figma Forum for help (see link below)

I’ve had no luck getting my education account verified yet and our class started yesterday, January 26th. Is there any way you could help me escalate this internally? Thank you so much

I am a student at Harvard University and I am having issues while trying to upgrade to Figma education plan. I get an error on filling the verification form. It asks for a student email address, which I haven’t yet been assigned.  I can provide the necessary information that confirms my enrollment.  My course has already started on Monday January 26th and we have a group Figma project that has been shared with the class.  Any help would be most appreciated.

Please have a look at my previous reply for more context, and note that a school-issued email address is now required as part of the updated verification process.
