Figma Student Account Verification Issue

Hello,

 

I am a student at Harvard University and I am having issues updating/creating a Figma student account due to Sheer ID verification.  I have submitted a help ticket to Sheet ID but they are requiring a student email address, which has not been assigned to me to date.  I can provide the necessary information that confirms my enrollment.  My classes begin on Monday January 26th and we have a group Figma project that has been shared with the class.  Any help would be most appreciated to get access to the software prior to the start of class.
