Good morning, 

 

I tried multiple times but they are failed. Now It show error an error that says I’ve exceeded the intents for verification. Please help me to solve this as soon as possible. Then I tried the given webiste  figmasupport@sheerid.com but this isn’t working. Can you please help me on how I can verify myself?

Hey ​@Lakmana Thabrew, apologies for the delayed response! 

It sounds like you may hit a “verification limit exceeded” error. When that message appears, it usually means the maximum number of verification attempts has been reached on SheerID’s side. Since education verification is fully handled by SheerID (our verification partner), they’re the only team that can reset attempts or manually review your case.

You mentioned you contacted figmasupport@sheerid.com but it’s not working. could you share what happened? For example, did the email bounce back, or have you just not received a reply yet? SheerID typically takes about 7–10 business days to respond.

Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to manually verify documents or override the verification system, so SheerID will be the right team to resolve this for you.

 

Let me know a bit more about what happened with the email, and I’ll do my best to guide you in the right direction.

I connected them from sheerID main website and they help me to figure out problem and solve the problem.
