I installed the Sound Kit plugin but when it opens the audio options are not selectable and I cannot upload a .mp4 file. I restarted Figma, uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and tried both the desktop and web versions with the same results. How do I solve this issue?

As all of our plugins are created by Community members and not Figma, you’ll need to contact the plugin’s creator for help or to report any issues with that plugin.
You can find the creator’s support contact on the plugin’s homepage. If there’s a bug related to Figma itself, the creator can then escalate it to us.
