Figma Slides Template publishing error

Hi! I went to update a Figma slides template published to our team. But I got an error message when trying to re-publish. Now the original template is no longer available. 

I have tried trouble shooting based on previuos help topics. 

  • Tried publishing just one simple slide as well and got the same error (see below). 
  • It seems to be the publishing itself and not the type of slides I am publishing (no components). 
  • I am on an organisational plan with a full seat.

Hope someone can help me resolve this issue :-)

Hi, ​@Sophybox 👋 Sorry to hear about this. One question to help us move forward: can you confirm whether the original template is still missing when you check from a different browser or account (or ask a teammate to look), or is it gone for everyone on your team?

I can confirm that the template I had created is also missing for my colleagues and through various browsers. Let me know if I can give you any other details or screen shots. Cheers Sophie
