So I find that i am constantly losing slides due to super easy delete slide action (just clicking on delete or backspace will remove a whole slide when nothing is selected)
compared to any other slides editor this is a problem I found only on Figma slides.
what do you guys think? anyone else is having the same issue?

Can you say more about what you mean by “clicking on delete”? Which delete button are you clicking?

backspace button, if it is clicked without any object selection, it will delete a slide.
same as the “delete” button as indicated in my first post.
I think this is a major issue that should be considered to be improved as this feature only happens in Figma slides and is quite problematic for using this app.

Thanks for clarifying! If you’re in the Slide view and not the grid view, a slide is always selected, even if you click somewhere else on the canvas (you’ll notice the blue selection state of the slide go from darker blue to light blue). That’s why pressing “delete” deletes the slide. This is the intended behavior today, but we appreciate your feedback!
