I know I know windows, everyone uses MacOS etc

However Figma Slides doesn’t make it easy to export all slides to a single pdf there is no “files” option

Like there is no UI option to export slides as individual slides or all at once. This is not useful.

Documentation is not helpful for window users missing on user base

Hey @Leslie Wubbel, thanks for reaching out!

Have you tried it from the Main Menu like @Apolline has recommended? You should be able export slides on Windows under the Main Menu rather than a visible “File” menu in the top bar.

Here’s how to export:

You can export individual slides or the entire slide deck.

  1. Open a Figma Slides deck.
  2. Click Main menu, then navigate to File > Export slides to.
  3. Use the export modal to configure your export:
    • File type: Choose to export content to PPTX or PDF
    • Color profile (PDF only): Choose to export content using sRGB or Display P3. Learn more about color profiles
    • Quality (PDF only): Select a quality option
    • Content: Choose to export all slides in the deck, or selected slides only
  4. Click Export.

Hope this helps!
