(!) Figma Sites CMS Bugs (!)

Since yesterday I’ve been experiencing issues with Figma Sites and the CMS.

Rich Text content no longer appears on any newly published pages, even though it works correctly in prototype mode.

I also tried publishing a new page to run some tests, but now even the page interlinking seems to be malfunctioning.

Are there currently any known bugs or issues on the platform currently? How soon will it be restored ?

    Thanks for flagging this, and I’m sorry to hear you’re running into issues with Figma Sites and the CMS.

    We’d like to take a closer look to better understand what’s happening on the backend. I’ve created a support ticket (#1742949) on your behalf so our Technical Quality team can investigate further and assist you directly.

    Please check the inbox associated with your Figma account and reply directly to that email with the following:

    • A screen recording showing the behavior end-to-end, with the full Figma window visible

    Additionally, please share the impacted file with support-share@figma.com and grant “Can View” access. This will not impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate further with Engineering.
