Figma Site Reveal Other layer in view not showing layers

The 'Layer in View' property isn't respecting local nesting; it's skipping the immediate parent and pulling layers from the 'Primary Desktop' level instead. This is causing some unexpected behavior with our reveal interactions that I'm currently troubleshooting.
