Figma Site: Navbar going behind content (no z-index option)

I've added a Navbar element which is Sticky. When I scroll down, it goes behind some certain elements. (not for all)

I know the fix is just to set a higher z-index but there is none in Figma site.

Did anyone resolve this problem?
