Figma Site - My animated prototypes components don't seem to copy over from Figma

Background
- I create a website with Figma, naturally made components which are prototyped up. When I try copying them over to a Figma Site, the prototyped components start introducing new colours in the various component states. But that same prototyped component within Figma works perfectly!

Examples
- I have attached a version of the gif’s one that is from Figma and the other from Figma Site to show the comparison

Question
I was wondering if anyone knew why this might occur?
