I understand you’re running into an issue with one of the tools.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to access the file you shared, so I can’t see exactly what’s happening.
Just to confirm, are you seeing issues with both the Move tool and the Layout section in the right panel not displaying as expected?
 

Could you please try these basic troubleshooting steps to see if anything changes?

• Browser: Force-quit your current session and try opening Figma in a new browser window.
• Desktop app: Force-quit the Figma desktop app and then restart it.

If the issue continues, could you please share screenshots (or screen recording if possible) showing your full Figma screen? That’ll help us better understand what you’re seeing.
