Hey Blue bird, thanks for reaching out in the Forum and for flagging this. The “Loading chunk failed” error could be related to cached data or a network issue. Is it happening on browser, desktop app or both?

As a first step, please try:

  • Opening the file in an incognito/private window

  • Trying a different supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

  • Disabling any VPN, proxy, or browser extensions temporarily

  • If you’re using the desktop app, try opening the file in a browser instead

If the file still doesn’t load after trying these steps, I’ve sent you a DM with next steps so you can share the details securely and our support team can take a closer look, thank you!

Having similar issue, I used web app running it on my browser to load my project. Last time I was able to load the project I was connected through VPN. Today in office I wasn’t able to load that same project. And this seems to happen with all other projects that I have previously had.

This is what did:
1. Cleared cache
2. Used different browser (Edge, Chrome, Chrome Incognito)

the error message: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'hideHelpWidget')
Looks like there is an issue with dependencies/widgets loading.

Thanks

Hey Kathy, thanks for sharing the details and the error message! Since you’ve already tried clearing cache, switching browsers, and testing incognito, and you’re seeing a specific console error (TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'hideHelpWidget')), this will need a deeper investigation by our Support team to look at what’s happening with the file and how it’s loading in your environment.

The best next step is to file a support ticket so the team can review this directly. You can file a help ticket here.
When you do, please include:

  • The URL of one of the affected files

  • The exact error message you’re seeing

  • Whether the issue only occurs when you’re off VPN / on a specific network

That will help them determine if this is related to network configuration, dependencies loading, or something specific to the file.

Once submitted, the support team can dig in further and loop in engineering if needed. Thank you!

Update: @Kathy Toufighi , thanks for submitting a bug report! Our technical quality team is waiting for your response so they can investigate it further. Please check your inbox when you can, thank you!
