Hello. I'm having trouble installing Figma for two weeks now. I've tried registering through different browsers, using different VPNs and accounts, but the site only shows a loading screen. Could you please tell me what I can do about this? Sorry for reporting this issue so late.

To create a Figma account, you’ll need to successfully pass a captcha verification powered by Arkose. If the captcha isn’t loading or keeps failing, it’s usually related to browser or network settings.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again

Network or security settings

Device or environment

  • Try completing the signup on a different device (phone vs. computer)
