Figma Not Loading on macOS (Only Desktop App)

I’m on Mac OS Taohe, M1, Figma remains geyed out on the desktop app but works on safari.

 

tried to clean cache, uninstall and restart.

Here are a few additional things we can check:

1. Make sure Figma is fully up to date
Click Figma from the top menu bar on Mac and select "Check for Updates" to ensure you're running the latest version:https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/22850791655831-Troubleshoot-opening-links-in-the-Desktop-app

2. Confirm system compatibility
Please double-check that your device meets the minimum requirements (macOS 12 or later is required): https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/5601429983767-Guide-to-the-Figma-desktop-app#h_01HE5QD60DG6FEEDTZVJYM82QW.

3. Check network or security settings
If you're using any VPN, firewall, or proxy, try disconnecting and see if Figma loads. You may also need to add Figma.com to your 'safe list' in network security apps
