Environment: Windows, Figma Desktop (Pro plan), Claude.ai web with Figma MCP plugin connected.
Problem: All Figma MCP tools return "No result received from client-side tool execution." The plugin appears connected but every tool call fails silently.
Tools tested (all failed with same error):
- get_design_context
- get_screenshot
- get_code_connect_map
- get_metadata
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect Figma MCP plugin in Claude.ai
2. Share a Figma file link with valid node ID
3. Try any MCP tool
4. All return "No result received from client-side tool execution"
Expected: Tools return design data or screenshots.
Actual: Generic error, no debug info.
This completely blocks MCP workflow between Figma and Claude.ai.
