Hey @kun yang - sorry for the trouble with generating in Make.

Because Figma Make and AI systems generate results dynamically, prompts may sometimes fail without a clear reasons why. I think this is the case for you.

If this happens, pause briefly (~1-2 minutes or so) and then try again.

If the issue keeps occurring within the same file, create a duplicate of the file and continue working in the new copy. If this seems to fix the issue, then there was probably something within the original file that caused Make to get disrupted there.

If it happens in all files you work in, please report this as a bug. Here is a help page you may find helpful now, and with any future issues you may run when using Make: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/31304610458647-Troubleshoot-in-Figma-Make#h_01JTF1ZXPA25V3DMYRB0PBDC53

^^ There is a supplemental section on that page that will guide you on how to report bugs as well.

Hope this helps!

Hey both - I’m sorry this is happening to you as well.

These errors are pretty subjective, and it’s hard to understand what may have went wrong without looking at the files the failed prompts were entered into.

Similar to what I suggested to @kun yang -- please report these errors as a bug. Here’s another link to the page that has other info on errors, what they mean, and what you can attempt to try: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/31304610458647-Troubleshoot-in-Figma-Make#h_01JTF1ZXPA25V3DMYRB0PBDC53

That page will also have instructions on how to file a bug --  if you include the request ID[s] when you do so, that would be very helpful. Thank you!
