Hey friends!

Is anyone else having issues with Figma Make projects working great in the preview and then just giving a blank screen when published and accessed via the provided URL.

I’ve tried refreshing the project, fully closing out Figma and reopening, even duplicating the project entirely and publishing that, but still getting the same issue. Have had some coworkers try the URLs as well and they similarly get blank screens. When I go into dev tools on the published site, the code is empty and has seemingly nothing from the project.

Our hope was to test with users using Make prototypes since it’s a huge step up over testing on a static prototype, so would be amazing to figure out what might be causing this!

same, I just tried it today as I want to make my mock up into static html at least some little animations to present a mock up to a client but all sections are blank except hero section https://carol-axis-12078068.figma.site/

Hi @Moshe_Bari

I understand that you were able to publish your Figma Make file, but the published site doesn’t reflect what you see in the preview — it only shows a blank page.

To start troubleshooting, could you please check a few things?

  1. Check for issues in the file:
If you see the “Review issues” icon at the bottom-left corner of the file to see if anything might be preventing your site from rendering correctly.
You can also refer to this guide for more details: The webpage on the canvas isn’t showing the same thing as the preview window
  1. Review the Issues section when publishing:
When publishing, check the Issues section in the publishing window, address all issues listed, and then try publishing again.
More details here: Publish, update, or unpublish a site
  1. Network check:
If you’re using a VPN, firewall, or proxy, please try disabling it temporarily or connect to Figma from a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot) to see if the issue persists.
  1. Console errors:
Are you seeing any specific errors in your browser console when accessing your site? Export console logs

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support team so they can take a closer look. You can reach them through this secure form: Submit a report.

When submitting your report, please include the following information:

  • The URL of your live site

  • The URL of your Make file, and grant edit access to support-share@figma.com (this won’t affect your billing)

  • A copy of the exported console logs Export console logs

Thanks!
