Until last night I was working on my project with Figma Make and it was working perfectly — I was extremely happy with the results. Tomorrow I need to deliver a prototype for a client, and today when I opened the project again from my desktop app, the preview doesn’t show at all. Nothing.

I refreshed it a thousand times, closed and reopened Figma, opened the project from another computer, then from the browser, and absolutely NOTHING works. I’m desperate. Nothing is visible. I press play and nothing happens. I try to open the link where I had published the first version and NOTHING. It’s broken.

What’s going on? From what I see, there are several bugs reported about this. I urgently need help from the Figma support team! Yesterday I upgraded to the professional plan so I could enjoy these features, and today I start the day with a frustration of this magnitude because of such a horrible bug.

This is even more serious. I´ve created a new project on Figma Maje and paste a new frame to start over and again, spinner in the image prompt chat are running and nothing happens, so I can not use the Figma Make to anything. 

PLEASE answer me this because I have a real problem here I a job it deppends on it.

I’m having the same issue. My figma projects show a black screen in the preview and even the generated site is off.

@Axel Collante yes, but I had to start everything from scratch in a new project because my original project won’t show the preview. The Figma Make team isn’t going to give me back the time I lost because of this bug. The frustration is truly enormous. I can no longer trust such a flawed tool that puts my work at risk like this again. I should report them.


I have the same problem.

I recreate my project at least 10 times from scratch. 

I worked on one version at least 7 days. Then i lost everything because of the same problem: nothing is showed.
