I understand you’re experiencing issues when trying to view results in your Preview. Let’s go through a few steps to help troubleshoot this.

1. Refresh the preview:
   Click the “Refresh preview” button in the top left of the Preview window and see if it loads properly.

2. Reload the page:
   If refreshing the preview doesn’t resolve the issue, try refreshing the page and prompting the model again.

3. Duplicate the file:
   If the issue persists, try duplicating your Figma Make file and run the prompts again in the copy to check if there’s any difference.

If the issue still continues, could you please confirm the following?

• Does this happen in the Figma desktop app, in a supported browser or both? 

• Is this happening in one specific Figma Make file, or in all of your Figma Make files?

• Could you try connecting via a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and then refresh the file to see if the preview loads?
